Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order?
The contractual minimum is 4 to 5 containers per year, depending on the state. Orders ship as full container loads (FCL) from Honduras.
What are the payment terms?
Net 30 from the date the product is exported, subject to credit approval by Jarexport's credit committee.
Do I get exclusivity in my state?
Yes. We grant exclusivity by state, subject to meeting the agreed minimums.
How long does an order take to arrive?
Orders ship as full container loads from Honduras. Lead times are confirmed with each order.
Who pays for trade marketing?
Jarexport pays trade marketing directly to the point of sale, where applicable: for example slotting fees and other programs negotiated together with the distributor. It is not paid to the distributor. Conditions apply.
How do I know the quality is consistent?
Grupo Jaremar's roots go back to 1982 and today it markets 19 leading brands in Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador and Nicaragua. Clover, its flagship brand, has led Honduran kitchens for 60 years. What Jarexport exports comes out of those same FDA-registered plants, and every lot is traceable.
Is Home Care available in the U.S.?
Yes. Home Care is part of the U.S. line. Labeling is prepared state by state, since some states have their own labeling requirements for these products.
Where can I see prices?
Prices are shared on request once your application is qualified.
Can I get samples?
Yes. We send samples after qualification, following the first call.

The contract is in English, with a Spanish mirror version for your review.
